You will play a pivotal role in shaping our CI/CD pipeline and fostering a culture of 'Quality First' across our development squads.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium and Playwright.
- Conduct deep-dive manual exploratory testing for complex new feature releases.
- Collaborate with developers to identify bottlenecks and implement shift-left testing strategies.
- Manage end-to-end regression testing across web and mobile applications.
- Analyze production logs and bug reports to perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and technical documentation.
- Lead the transition from manual-heavy testing to fully integrated CI/CD quality gates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for test automation.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Strong understanding of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
