Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate release cycles
- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis for complex defects
- Integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitLab
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios
- Mentor QA engineers on best practices and emerging testing technologies
- Generate actionable metrics to drive quality improvements across sprints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman, REST-assured) and SQL
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflows
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance training
- Experience with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing
- Demonstrable ability to translate complex requirements into test cases
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
