In this role, you will define the quality standards for our flagship enterprise SaaS platform, ensuring that our rapid deployment cycles remain seamless and error-free.
You will play a pivotal role in architectural decisions, championing test-driven development and automation-first methodologies to drive product excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing, integration testing, and performance stress testing.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to define acceptance criteria and drive quality-by-design.
- Analyze production logs to identify root causes and implement proactive prevention strategies.
- Mentor junior QA staff and foster a culture of quality across the engineering department.
- Manage CI/CD integration pipelines to ensure automated regression suites execute on every deployment.
- Execute manual exploratory testing cycles for complex, high-impact features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a heavy focus on automation.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Proven expertise in API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and SQL database validation.
- Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail.
