Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust, scalable automated test frameworks from scratch.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for complex web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify software defects early in the SDLC.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis and lead bug resolution efforts.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD integration strategies using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote best practices in test-driven development (TDD).
- Perform security and performance testing to ensure system stability under high load.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance and automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern language: Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Solid experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing using Postman or Rest-Assured.
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical skills with a obsessive attention to detail.
