Are you a QA expert obsessed with precision and software excellence? We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to define our testing strategy and ensure the delivery of flawless digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional product teams to implement automated testing frameworks and drive a culture of quality-first development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
- Lead end-to-end testing lifecycles, from requirement analysis to production deployment.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on production issues and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with developers to improve unit test coverage and integration test suites.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and performance testing methodologies.
- Define and maintain documentation for QA protocols and defect tracking standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, high-quality releases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software QA automation using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database testing (SQL/NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
- Strong analytical mindset and an eye for identifying edge-case vulnerabilities.
