Responsibilities
- Architect & Execute: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and integration scenarios.
- Automation Mastery: Lead the automation strategy using modern frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) to reduce manual testing efforts and increase coverage.
- Performance & Security: Conduct load testing, stress testing, and security vulnerability assessments to ensure system stability under high traffic.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for immediate feedback loops.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep-dive debugging to identify, document, and verify defects, ensuring they are resolved to the highest standard.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least two automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- API Testing: Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases for data verification.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
