Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and edge cases.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to reduce manual testing efforts.
- Integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure immediate feedback on code changes.
- Conduct performance and load testing using tools like JMeter to ensure scalability under high traffic.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to clarify requirements and resolve bugs efficiently.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for quality assurance across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in at least two automation languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Strong experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
- Experience with SQL for database validation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
