Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect management processes in JIRA with root cause analysis
- Execute exploratory testing and create detailed test documentation
- Champion quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders
- Mentor QA engineers on best practices and emerging technologies
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA roles with 2+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for test scripting
- Experience with cloud-based testing environments (AWS/GCP)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
- ISTQB certification or equivalent quality management knowledge
- Proven track record in agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
