Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and maintain detailed test documentation
- Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing activities based on business impact
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best testing methodologies
- Analyze test metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Expertise in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages (Python/JavaScript)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database testing (SQL)
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Experience with fintech or SaaS products and PCI compliance testing
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into test cases and scenarios
