Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality metrics
- Lead defect triage sessions and drive resolution to closure
- Implement continuous integration pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab CI
- Document test cases and QA processes in JIRA/Confluence
- Conduct exploratory testing and root cause analysis for critical bugs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in cloud-based SaaS environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified QA Engineer (CSTE or CSQA) preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing (Postman, REST-assured)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
