Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for web/mobile applications
- Execute manual and automated testing across multiple platforms and browsers
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integration with test automation frameworks
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Lead QA initiatives for regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, SOC 2)
- Analyze test metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and tooling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing methodologies
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes
- Experience with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with security testing practices and tools
- Proven track record of improving test coverage and efficiency
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
