Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test cases using Selenium/Cypress and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and maintain detailed test documentation
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical bugs and implement preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for testing methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and quality metrics
- Perform exploratory testing and usability validation across multiple platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA tools (JIRA, Postman)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing (REST/SOAP)
- Certified Professional Tester (CSTE) or equivalent preferred
