Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate release cycles
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality KPIs and test plans
- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis for critical defects
- Maintain and optimize test environments across CI/CD pipelines
- mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA roles with 3+ years in test automation leadership
- Expertise in Java/Python and testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest)
- Proven experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology understanding
- Certification in ISTQB or similar preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
