Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Develop automated test frameworks using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect management lifecycle in JIRA with root cause analysis
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and quality gates
- Execute exploratory testing and create detailed test documentation
- Mentor QA team members and conduct code reviews
- Drive quality metrics reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA with 3+ years in test automation
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and API testing (REST/SOAP)
- Strong SQL skills for database validation
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter/LoadRunner)
- Knowledge of security testing principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
