Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium, Cypress, and Python to achieve 85%+ test coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document quality requirements
- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis for complex technical issues
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines with automated QA gateways
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion QA best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS products in agile environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress) and scripting languages
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management platforms
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Certified Tester (ISTQB) or equivalent quality assurance certification
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
