Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate release cycles
- Lead defect triage sessions and implement traceability matrices for complete coverage
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines
- Document test procedures and create detailed test reports for stakeholders
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality-first development practices
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles with proven expertise in web/mobile testing
- Proficiency in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and network debugging tools
- Experience with test management systems (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience testing cloud-based SaaS applications
