Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end testing frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications
- Lead automated testing initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Execute manual and regression testing cycles with detailed defect reporting in JIRA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test cases and quality metrics
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing to identify edge cases
- Maintain and enhance test documentation, test plans, and QA processes
- Mentor junior QA engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing
- Expertise in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in SQL, API testing (Postman, RestAssured), and performance testing tools
- Certifications in ISTQB or similar QA frameworks preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker)
