Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security requirements
- Automate regression tests using Selenium, Cypress, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect tracking and resolution in JIRA with clear documentation
- Conduct exploratory testing for complex fintech applications
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Validate compliance with PCI DSS and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Java/Python, Selenium, Appium)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified Professional Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Proficient in SQL and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into test cases
