Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and industry-leading frameworks
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab for continuous testing integration
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and drive root cause analysis
- Champion quality metrics and reporting to executive stakeholders
- Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of quality-first development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in automation testing (Java/Python) and CI/CD methodologies
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and cloud architectures (AWS/GCP)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance frameworks
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proven ability to lead QA initiatives in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
