Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead API testing with Postman/JMeter and validate microservice integrations
- Execute performance/load testing using JMeter/Grafana for 99.9% SLA compliance
- Champion CI/CD pipeline integration with Jenkins/GitLab for zero-defect deployments
- Conduct exploratory testing and root cause analysis for critical system components
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish industry-leading QA best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years in QA with 3+ years in fintech or high-transaction systems
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Python/Java preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Certified ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
- Experience with performance testing tools and scalability analysis
- Proficient in SQL and database testing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
