Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Develop automated test suites using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect management using JIRA with clear prioritization and root cause analysis
- Implement API testing strategies with Postman and Swagger validation
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability reviews for new features
- Maintain test documentation and QA metrics dashboards
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA workflow
- Experience with API testing tools and RESTful services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or similar quality assurance credential
- Proficiency in SQL for database testing and validation
