Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and integration
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define quality metrics and SLAs
- Document test cases, defects, and quality reports with precision
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices across teams
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and drive preventive actions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing with 3+ years in automation
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proficiency in SQL, Linux, and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
