Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate AI-driven features.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and new growth opportunities.
- Develop automated data pipelines and robust feature engineering workflows.
- Mentor junior data scientists and advocate for best practices in model governance and A/B testing.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership through clear data storytelling.
- Monitor and optimize model performance in production to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
