Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production-grade machine learning models to solve high-impact business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines from feature engineering to model evaluation and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define key performance metrics.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal ML best practices and architecture standards.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify growth opportunities and efficiency gains.
- Communicate complex statistical findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in a data science or machine learning engineering role.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests to validate model performance in production.
- Strong background in experimental design, causal inference, and predictive modeling.
