Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security testing
- Lead CI/CD pipeline integration with automated testing workflows
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define acceptance criteria
- Execute exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and user experience issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern testing frameworks
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, K6)
- Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflow mastery
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
