Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead performance testing initiatives for microservices architecture
- Develop CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab for continuous testing
- Collaborate with Product teams to define QA metrics and KPIs
- Execute exploratory testing on complex transactional flows
- Mentor QA engineers on best practices and test strategy
- Drive quality improvements through root cause analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA automation with 3+ years in fintech/e-commerce
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and Java/Python
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, and Postman
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL testing
- Certified in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
- Proven track record of reducing defect escape rates by 40%
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) testing
