Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead API and performance testing initiatives for cloud-based microservices
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and security validation
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion continuous integration practices
- Analyze test metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive quality improvements
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality gateways
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA automation experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in JavaScript/Python for test script development
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API testing with Postman/JMeter
- Experience with containerized testing environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent preferred
- Agile/Scrum methodology expertise
