Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automated testing solutions using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Develop robust CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab for continuous testing integration
- Create comprehensive test strategies for complex web/mobile applications and microservices
- Lead performance testing initiatives using JMeter and LoadRunner for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Champion quality metrics through TestRail and JIRA dashboards with real-time analytics
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices in test-driven development
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and quality gates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation with proven framework development
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for testing tools
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing with Postman and Newman
- Familiarity with cloud testing environments (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Certification in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
- Experience with accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1) and security testing (OWASP)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful test automation projects with measurable impact
