Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Develop CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab to integrate automated testing into deployment workflows
- Create performance and load testing scripts using JMeter and k6 for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead API testing initiatives with Postman and REST Assured for microservice architectures
- Mentor junior QA engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to define test strategies and quality gates for new features
- Analyze defect trends and drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies
- Implement test data management strategies using Docker and database mocking tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in test automation development
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript for automation scripting
- Strong background in CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps practices
- Experience with performance testing and security testing methodologies
- Proficiency in defect tracking systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps) and test management tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
