Responsibilities
- Design & Execute: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure code quality at every stage of development.
- Performance Testing: Conduct load, stress, and performance testing using tools like JMeter or Gatling to identify bottlenecks and ensure system stability.
- Bug Management: Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot, reproduce, and validate bug fixes in Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- Framework Evolution: Continuously improve the QA framework architecture to reduce technical debt and increase test coverage efficiency.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and technical documentation to guide the QA process.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years specifically in automation engineering.
- Programming: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database testing (SQL).
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment.
