Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test suites using Python, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Implement and execute complex test strategies covering functional, regression, API, and UI testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and identify edge cases early in the SDLC.
- Integrate automated testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) to ensure every build is validated.
- Perform load and stress testing to guarantee system stability and performance under peak traffic.
- Analyze test metrics and failure trends to drive continuous improvement in code quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on test automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Expert knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and testing tools (Jira, Postman, Docker).
- Strong understanding of SQL and RESTful APIs for data validation.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
