Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Python/Java
- Execute comprehensive regression testing, performance testing, and security validation
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Develop detailed test plans and test cases for complex user workflows
- Drive defect prevention through root cause analysis and process improvement
- Implement API testing using Postman/RestAssured
- Maintain and enhance test data management strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java for test script development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflow
- Certification in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
