Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Analyze test results to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing
- Document test cases, defects, and quality metrics in JIRA and Confluence
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with Node.js-based frameworks
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman and REST-assured
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, K6) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Certifications in ISTQB or similar QA methodologies preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
