Job Description
We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead the quality assurance efforts for our next-generation SaaS platform. If you are passionate about building robust testing frameworks and ensuring flawless user experiences, we want to meet you.
In this role, you will work closely with product managers and developers to design automated testing strategies that accelerate our release cycles while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ensuring clear communication with developers.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to ensure continuous feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define quality criteria.
- Analyze test results and metrics to drive process improvements in testing methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Automation.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of API testing (RESTful APIs) and database testing.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
