Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and regression validation
- Lead test strategy for complex SaaS applications across web and mobile platforms
- Perform exploratory testing and root cause analysis for critical defects
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality engineering best practices
- Integrate performance and security testing into QA workflows
- Drive test data management and environment optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and test frameworks (Jest, Mocha)
- Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflows
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
