Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead API and performance testing initiatives using Postman, JMeter, and K6
- Develop CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab to enable continuous testing
- Create comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and security testing
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for test coverage
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate quality gates into deployment workflows
- Analyze test metrics and drive quality improvements through data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA automation experience with SaaS/financial technology
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript for test scripting frameworks
- Strong background in REST API testing and JSON/XML validation
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerized testing
- Proficient in JIRA, TestRail, and defect lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and BDD practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
