Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead API and performance testing initiatives with Postman, JMeter, and K6
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for seamless test integration
- Define test metrics and quality gates to accelerate release cycles
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and emerging testing technologies
- Champion quality culture through shift-left testing and test-driven development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with 3+ years in fintech or regulated industries
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for test scripting
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Certified in ISTQB Advanced Test Automation or equivalent
- Experience with performance testing and security testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into testable scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
