Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead API and performance testing initiatives with Postman/JMeter
- Drive continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish testing best practices
- Execute exploratory testing for complex user workflows
- Analyze defect trends and drive quality improvements
- Champion shift-left testing methodologies across development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA automation with 3+ years in fintech/FinTech
- Expertise in Java/Python and testing frameworks (TestNG, PyTest)
- Strong CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- ISTQB certification or equivalent practical experience
- Proficient in performance and security testing tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
