Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automated testing frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead API and performance testing initiatives using Postman and JMeter
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and security aspects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality practices in Agile sprints
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion testing best practices
- Analyze defects and provide actionable insights to development teams
- Drive test automation roadmap alignment with product roadmap
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with 3+ years in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and JavaScript/Python automation frameworks
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker)
- Strong experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- AWS/GCP cloud testing experience
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
