Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead API testing strategies with Postman/JMeter for microservices architecture
- Develop performance test plans using JMeter/Gatling for 100K+ user loads
- Execute exploratory testing for complex web/mobile applications
- Analyze test data using SQL and BI tools to identify regression risks
- Mentor QA team on continuous integration best practices
- Document test cases in JIRA with clear pass/fail criteria
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA automation with 3+ years in Selenium/Cypress
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong programming skills in Python/Java/JavaScript
- Experience with cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
- ISTQB Advanced Level certification preferred
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record in scaling QA processes for high-growth startups
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
