Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ categories
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with Fortune 500 partners
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee procurement budgets and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 standards
- Lead cross-functional projects with logistics and operations teams
- Implement ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for procurement workflows
- Mentor junior purchasing specialists and build high-performance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in contract negotiation and risk management
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience managing international supply chains
- Strong leadership skills with 3+ years managing teams
- Fluency in English; Spanish/Chinese beneficial
