Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across multiple categories
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable contracts
- Analyze market trends and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Oversee procurement budget and ensure financial compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive procurement efficiency
- Implement and optimize ERP systems for purchasing workflows
- Conduct supplier risk assessments and mitigation planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Expert negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making
- Proven track record of cost reduction initiatives
- Experience managing global supplier networks
