Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials, components, and services
- Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal terms
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align purchasing with operational needs
- Implement and maintain compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards
- Manage purchasing budgets and provide regular performance reports
- Oversee inventory management and logistics coordination

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience with 3+ years in management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics
