Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ key categories
- Lead vendor negotiations securing 15-20% cost reduction annually
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract closure
- Analyze market trends and drive innovation in supply chain solutions
- Oversee $50M+ annual procurement budget with zero tolerance for compliance breaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory turnover
- Implement and maintain ERP procurement modules (SAP Ariba preferred)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic procurement with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in complex international sourcing and customs regulations
- Proven track record of 7-figure cost savings initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics (Power BI/SQL)
- Experience managing offshore vendor relationships
