Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead contract negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers securing favorable terms
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% annual reduction
- Manage vendor performance metrics and relationship lifecycle
- Analyze market trends to identify procurement innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory optimization
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in management
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving $2M+ annual savings
- Advanced negotiation skills with complex international suppliers
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+ professionals
