Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement costs and supplier performance
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ, negotiation, and contract management
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with manufacturing, logistics, and finance teams
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and reliability
- Implement and maintain procurement KPIs and reporting systems
- Drive sustainability initiatives in sourcing and vendor selection processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance standards
