Responsibilities

- Analyze market trends and identify new supplier opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with R&D to source specialized materials and components

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/sourcing experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expert negotiation skills with track record of cost savings
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Experience managing global supplier networks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
