Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies across multiple categories
- Lead vendor negotiations securing optimal terms and total cost reductions
- Implement and manage e-procurement systems for enhanced efficiency
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation
- Oversee supplier relationship management and performance evaluation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing with business objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record of strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
