Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for $50M+ annual procurement spend
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers across 15+ countries
- Implement cost-reduction programs through data-driven analytics and market intelligence
- Oversee supplier performance management and risk mitigation frameworks
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement practices and vendor selection
- Manage electronic procurement systems (SAP Ariba) and process automation
- Mentor purchasing analysts and coordinate with logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with $30M+ spend management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, TCO analysis, and contract management
- Proven track record of achieving 12-18% cost savings initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement analytics
- Strong negotiation skills with international supplier networks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
