Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management to optimize total cost of ownership
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Collaborate with R&D, logistics, and finance teams for integrated procurement
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG compliance
- Oversee purchasing budget and financial forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record in cost reduction and supplier development
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with commercial acumen
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for regional supplier management
